These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of CSS Prepare (the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

CSS Prepare provides free educational material for aspirants of the Pakistan CSS competitive examination, including lessons, MCQs, mock papers and discussion forums. The Service is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We are not affiliated with the Federal Public Service Commission (FPSC); for the authoritative syllabus and notifications visit fpsc.gov.pk.

4.1 Our content

Unless otherwise stated, lessons, MCQs and study notes published by us are licensed to you under the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International licence. You may share and adapt, provided you give appropriate credit and distribute derivatives under the same licence.

4.2 Your content

You retain ownership of comments, forum posts and contributions you submit. By submitting them you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, sub-licensable licence to host, display and distribute them as part of the Service, and to relicense lesson-grade contributions under CC BY-SA 4.0.

5. Advertising

The Service is supported by advertising, including via Google AdSense. Ads load only after you grant Advertising consent (see the Cookie Policy). We do not endorse and are not responsible for the products or services advertised.

6. Third-party links

The Service may link to third-party sites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices. Linking does not imply endorsement.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. See our full Disclaimer. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.
